Terms and Conditions

1 All designs are the copyright of Celebrate! unless specifically stated otherwise.

2 For bespoke designs, all stationery is handmade to order, so there may be slight variations within sets. Please note that actual colours may appear different from those on the website, because digital photography conditions can vary, and because computer screens and printers generally differ slightly.

3 All orders are subject to the availability of materials.  If I have any difficulty sourcing the advertised materials, I will inform you and offer an alternative of the same or very similar quality.

4 I reserve the right to print details of the Celebrate! website and other contact information on the back of each piece of stationery.

5 If you choose from the existing range of stationery sets, you can request up to three samples. Prices for these can be found on the price list. Your samples will be prepared and normally sent to you within 14 days.

6 If you would like me to design a bespoke set of stationery, please email or ‘phone me to make contact in the first instance. We can discuss your requirements and I will send you a written summary of the ideas we talk about. If you are happy for me to go ahead with the design, we will need to agree a delivery date and I shall require a Paypal authorisation or cheque for my design quotation.

I will keep you informed of progress and send you up to four ideas by email for your review. All designs are the copyright of Celebrate!

7 If you wish to select a full set of wedding stationery from one of my stock ranges, please contact me by email and I will take you through placing an order (christine@justcelebrate.co.uk). Once I have received your details, I will confirm the total cost of your order (including any discounts) and agree a delivery date. A non-refundable deposit will be required before any work begins.

I will prepare a proof copy of each type of stationery ordered. You are responsible for checking these and must sign each one individually to agree the details. If any amendments are required (e.g. spelling error), please notify me by email. I will send the amended stationery by the most practical means (e.g. as an email attachment or by Royal Mail). Once you are happy that the proofs are accurate, return them to Celebrate! together with a Paypal authorisation or cheque for the remaining amount. Stationery will not be produced until full payment has been received. 

8 If you would prefer to discuss your requirements before placing your order, please contact me by email or ‘phone initially. It would be best if youprovided me with some basic information to start with – name, event, date, etc. Then we can talk through what you would like and I will fill in the order form during our conversation. Once you agree the order formally, we will proceed as in 7 above.

9 I understand that some information may not have been finalised when the stationery is ordered, but full details are required at least 21 days prior to the agreed delivery date.

You may decide to have your invitations delivered separately from your wedding day items, but I will require the final details at least 21 days before your wedding to complete your order.

10 For stationery other than wedding items (i.e. party invitations, announcements, etc.), please contact me by email or phone and we can agree the details.

11 All stationery orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Next Day Delivery or Courier. I will use whichever one gives you the best value for money and ample compensation.

12 Please confirm that you have read these terms and conditions when placing an order.
