Legal information
Terms of use
Effective 7 August 2026 · Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms apply when anyone browses Just Celebrate, saves a vendor or sends a booking enquiry. By using the platform, you agree to them.
1. Who may use the platform
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for information submitted through your device and for keeping private links secure.
“Just Celebrate”, “we” and “us” mean the three founders presently operating the platform jointly. “Vendor” means an independent business listed here.
2. Our role
Just Celebrate is a discovery and enquiry platform. We introduce customers to independent vendors; we do not provide their services and are not a party to a booking contract between customer and vendor.
No payment is currently taken through Just Celebrate. Quotes, deposits, cancellations, refunds, insurance, licences, availability and service performance must be agreed directly with the vendor.
3. Listings and enquiries
We may review listings before publication, but approval is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee. Vendors remain responsible for accuracy, legality and currency.
Customers should make their own checks before booking, including identity, recent reviews, qualifications, licences, insurance, safeguarding, accessibility, dietary/allergen requirements and written booking terms where relevant.
An enquiry is a request for information or availability, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only when customer and vendor agree it directly.
4. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform, impersonate others, submit unlawful or abusive material, upload content without permission, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, interfere with security, or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts or refer conduct to authorities where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or others.
5. Content and intellectual property
Just Celebrate’s branding, design and original content belong to the operators or licensors. You may use the platform only for personal event planning or legitimate business participation.
You keep ownership of submitted text and images but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for display and publish them to operate and promote the relevant listing or enquiry. You confirm you have all necessary rights and permissions, including from identifiable people shown in images.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and useful but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, vendor availability, a particular number of enquiries or successful bookings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent vendors’ acts or omissions, disputes between users, reliance on listing information, or indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects mandatory consumer rights.
7. Changes and ending use
We may change features or terms where reasonably necessary. Material changes will have a new effective date. You may stop using the platform at any time.
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, legal or security reasons, or if the platform closes.
8. Law, complaints and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live.
Contact enquiries@justcelebrate.co.uk about platform complaints. Complaints about a vendor’s services should also be raised directly with that vendor.
