Vendor terms of service

Effective 7 August 2026 · Last updated 7 August 2026

These additional terms apply to every business that submits, claims or manages a vendor profile. They operate alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

PrivacyTerms of useVendor termsCookies

1. Authority and account responsibility

You confirm you are at least 18 and authorised to act for the business. Provide accurate contact details, protect credentials and private setup links, and report unauthorised access or material changes promptly.

Preparing a portal account does not approve or publish a listing. Only a separate marketplace approval decision can make a vendor visible.

2. Listing standards

You are responsible for keeping your name, category, location, coverage, pricing guidance, availability, qualifications and description accurate and not misleading. “From” prices must reflect a genuine service normally available at that price, subject to clearly explained conditions.

You must hold all registrations, licences, permissions, insurance and safeguarding arrangements required for your services. Do not claim reviews, awards, affiliations or qualifications you cannot evidence.

3. Images and other content

You must own submitted content or have commercial permission. Obtain appropriate consent from identifiable people and parent or guardian permission before uploading an identifiable child. Do not upload private, infringing, misleading, unsafe or unlawful material.

You grant the content licence in the Terms of Use. We may crop or resize images for presentation and remove content that does not meet these standards.

4. Customer enquiries and bookings

Use customer enquiry details only for the relevant request, resulting booking and legal duties. Do not add customers to marketing lists without a separate lawful basis and any consent required by electronic-marketing law.

You alone are responsible for quotations, contracts, deposits, payments, cancellations, refunds, service delivery, taxes, insurance, complaints and consumer-law compliance. Make all material terms clear before accepting payment.

5. Fees and future services

There is currently no commission and Just Celebrate does not process customer payments. We will not introduce a charge for an existing service without clear advance notice and an opportunity to decline or stop using that paid feature.

Optional promoted placements or other paid services may later have separate terms shown before purchase.

6. Review, ranking and removal

We may review, approve, refuse, hide, edit for formatting, suspend or remove listings where reasonably necessary for quality, accuracy, safety, complaints, inactivity, law or breach. We do not guarantee publication, ranking, enquiries or bookings.

Search position may be influenced by relevance, category, location, profile completeness, imagery, customer activity and future clearly labelled promotion.

7. Liability and ending participation

You are responsible for claims arising from your services, listing, content, conduct or legal breach. If a third-party claim is brought against Just Celebrate because of those matters, you will reimburse reasonable losses and costs to the extent caused by your breach or wrongful act. The Terms of Use liability limits also apply.

You may ask us to hide or delete your profile. Limited records may be retained for security, complaints, claims or compliance. Ending a listing does not affect customer contracts already made.

8. Contact

Questions, notices or profile-removal requests should be sent to enquiries@justcelebrate.co.uk.
